(fluent German & English) On-Demand Customer Support Consultant (Fully Remote)

The consultant will manage inbound customer inquiries, primarily handling 18–20 tickets during designated evening shift hours (COT) and providing on-call support via calls and chats. Responsibilities also include clearly documenting cases, escalating complex issues to L2 Support, and troubleshooting hardware-related problems for outdoor camera equipment.
Requirements
Candidates must be fluent in both German and English (C1 or higher) and possess 6-12 months of customer support experience, with availability for consistent night shift hours (CET). Success requires strong analytical skills, a positive attitude, and having a personal computer with stable, high-speed internet connectivity.
