The Container Shift Manager will manage all terminal operations according to client requirements, management direction, and safe work practices to achieve maximum productivity and customer service levels using optimal resources. This role involves directing, motivating, and instructing the team, ensuring productivity, managing resources like machinery and operators during the shift, and planning for subsequent shifts.

Requirements

Candidates must have completed secondary education and be a university graduate in fields like Port Administration, Merchant Marine, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering. Required experience includes 3 years as a Shift Manager, Vessel Supervisor, or General Cargo Supervisor, or 3 years as a Merchant Marine Officer or Naval Marine.
