Associate, Renewal Sales - Bilingual

Manage contract renewals and maintain strong customer relationships. Provide accurate sales forecasts and assist customers with concerns or roadblocks. Handle a high volume of customer contacts through phone and email, primarily outbound communication.

1.5+ years of experience in sales support, renewals, customer success, or account management. High school diploma required. Fluent in English and Spanish, with experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

Availability to work in a hybrid modality. The role is focused on revenue retention across key markets.
