Ensure teams execute processes according to work instructions to deliver adequate levels of Occupational Safety, 5S, and productivity. Manage routine operations to maintain operational indicators at the highest level of excellence and ensure execution of production plans. Lead the implementation of process improvements to enhance operational performance and establish effective communication between support and operational areas.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Exact Sciences, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. Experience in operational routines of a Distribution Center or in transportation, as well as in people management. Intermediate knowledge of the Office suite, with proficiency in Power BI or management dashboard creation as a plus.
