What You'll Do
Support conflict resolution processes to ensure compliance with the Wayuu normative system and intercultural manuals. Assist in prior consultation processes and social initiatives for the Jemeiwaa Ka'I project. Manage the collection of relevant social information for environmental and social permit processes.
What We're Looking For
2 years of university education or a degree from a technical training institute. Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions. Advanced proficiency in Spanish and Wayuunaiki (reading, writing, and speaking). Knowledge of Wayuu normative systems and social program development for indigenous communities.
