Supervise teams in maintenance and facilities routines. Manage planning, control, and execution of maintenance, guiding and training staff to foster a cooperative work environment. Develop plans and monitor service execution at sites, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental policies. Prepare and manage the annual budget for the area, ensuring maintenance of machines and equipment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or Automation. Experience in industrial maintenance execution, control, and planning, as well as contract management and outsourced services. Knowledge of maintenance management systems and performance indicators like SAP. Must have a personal vehicle and be available for travel between sites.
