Identify and propose opportunities for performance and process improvements. Analyze process indicators based on deviations and trends for root cause analysis and action plan development. Develop quality flows with operations, ensuring documentation and training for internal and external teams. Implement quality dashboards and maintain an analytical view for identifying deviations and key opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Data Science, or related fields. Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Google Looker), Python or other programming languages, and experience with AI prompts, Sheets, and Presentations. Knowledge of quality operational routines and experience with analysis, problem-solving, and quality tools such as Ishikawa, PDCA, and 5S.
