Senior Salesforce Developer / Solution Architect

Serve as the architecture lead for Service Cloud and contact center initiatives. Design scalable Salesforce solutions leveraging Service Cloud, Omni-Channel, and Lightning Web Components. Act as the technical authority for Service Cloud development and lead code reviews. Collaborate with product owners and business leaders to refine requirements and define solution approaches.

6+ years of Salesforce experience with deep expertise in Service Cloud. Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Solution Architect. Strong hands-on experience with Apex, SQL, and Lightning Web Components. Experience designing solutions for contact centers or customer support environments.
