Support the governance of workforce planning for operations, ensuring resource efficiency to meet operational demands. Manage integration processes and new hires in partnership with Talent Acquisition and Strategic Planning teams, ensuring good communication and operational alignment. Optimize the sizing of fixed teams while promoting diversity and inclusion. Lead cost and billing management, integrating temporary labor, shuttles, supplies, and equipment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production, Logistics, Administration, Technology, or related fields. Experience in logistics processes and operational workforce planning. Knowledge of problem analysis methodologies (5S, Kaizen, 5 Whys) and data analysis tools and AI (Tableau, Power BI, Google Sheets, Excel, SQL for Big Query).
