Deal Enablement Call Coordinator - Associate - EY Global Delivery Services

Coordinate required calls across the stages of the Deal Enablement review process, including scheduling and tracking invitation responses. Provide backup support by attending calls and capturing discussion notes using Microsoft Copilot. Communicate with stakeholders regarding scheduling, follow-ups, and review status while maintaining accurate documentation of coordination activities.

Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple active requests and competing priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Copilot.
