Execute and review operational processes and address inquiries related to assigned processes to ensure the functionality of bank products. Participate in project activities, validate that implemented processes and controls meet current operational needs, and document observations or incidents identified during testing.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Systems, or related fields. 6 months of experience working on projects. Basic knowledge in banking and proficiency in Power Point and Power BI (basic), Excel (intermediate), and macro handling.
