Conduct audits and field support, evaluating collection management and providing feedback to enhance negotiation skills. Develop and implement field collection strategies by analyzing operational indicators and portfolio behavior to increase recovery rates.
Requirements
2 to 4 years of experience in field collection, portfolio recovery, or financial operations supervision. Intermediate English proficiency. Experience leading operational collection teams and managing recovery indicators.
