Field Operations Supervisor | Zona Sur

Ensure the performance of active personal shoppers at partner locations and guarantee the quality of orders for users. Lead, motivate, and develop productive teams while maintaining a positive work environment. Analyze demand to ensure appropriate staffing and scheduling. Identify and resolve issues while focusing on continuous improvement in processes.

Minimum of 1 year of experience leading and developing teams. At least 1 year of experience in supermarket-related fields. Proficient in digital tools, specifically Google applications. Must have a valid driver's license and own transportation. Availability to travel nationally and work 6 days a week, including evenings and weekends.
