Sr Product Manager

Design the discovery and entry strategy for Quick Commerce to scale multiple categories. Lead user research, funnel analysis, and A/B testing to adapt the experience to different buying dynamics. Prioritize high-impact initiatives aligning business objectives, user experience, and technical feasibility. Coordinate cross-functional squads (UX, Tech, Data, Ops) and align expectations with regional executive leaders.

Previous experience as a Senior Product Manager (Sr / IC4) in B2C digital products or large-scale e-commerce. Proficiency in Product Discovery, Data Fluency, and decision-making based on conversion and engagement metrics. Ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence without direct authority. Fluent in English and Spanish (oral and written).
