What You'll Do
Provide support to guarantee Strategic Productivity Plan targets related to Packaging Process Productivity and True Efficiency for LATAM. Implement programs to deliver technical and process capabilities to field operations, including Operator Training and Line Audits. Lead the IPS audit process for all sites, ensuring compliance with action plans to improve line conditions and performance.
What We're Looking For
2-4 years of product/process/technical experience in Packaging technologies. Degree in Engineering (mechanical or electrical preferred) and equivalent work experience. Must be fluent in English and Spanish and willing to travel frequently (50% of the time).
