The role involves managing a team of commercial executives, closely monitoring individual and collective performance to ensure established goals and KPIs are met. This includes actively participating in key negotiations, supporting the team in complex, data-oriented consultative processes, and directing the team using the 80/20 logic to prioritize high-impact opportunities.

Requirements

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields, coupled with consolidated experience in managing commercial teams, preferably in competitive, high-volume, fast-growing markets. Essential requirements include an analytical, data-oriented profile, proficiency in Sales Funnel Management and CRM tools (like Salesforce/HubSpot), and the ability to analyze BI/Data reports, with basic SQL knowledge.
