Manage a portfolio of individual clients, strengthening relationships and generating new business opportunities. Provide financial consulting and support, promoting the agency's products and services. Ensure attentive and agile service to cooperative members.

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress. Postgraduate education is a plus. ANBIMA certification (CPA or CPRO-R), preferably CPRO-R. Experience in customer service, preferably in sales/business within financial institutions.
