Organize weekly Operational Capacity Planning for the Outsourced and Super Dedicated model, focusing on Last Mile, interfacing between internal areas and our partner carriers. Serve as the focal point for each directorate to ensure regional priorities align with negotiations with Strategic Account Managers and carriers, focusing on medium and long-term capacity growth. Collaborate with the team to develop strategic solutions based on data to optimize planning and logistics processes.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields. Experience in Logistics and Transportation, focusing on problem-solving, capacity optimization, data analysis, and extraction. Proficiency in Google tools such as Sheets and Presentations, experience in data analysis using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI, with intermediate English and Spanish skills.
