Core Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: Design comprehensive brand identity systems, including logos, typography, color systems, and visual guidelines. Develop full brand kits including stationery, vehicle wraps, signage, apparel, and digital assets. Translate brand strategy into cohesive and scalable visual systems. Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders and clients. Execute production work such as asset resizing, formatting, and print-ready file preparation. Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints. Support internal marketing and design needs as required. Work independently, managing projects from brief to final delivery without heavy oversight.

Requirements

Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in brand identity design or similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing system-driven brand identities (not logo-only work). Advanced typography and layout skills. Experience delivering complete brand systems across multiple formats. Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to present and explain design decisions. High level of autonomy and self-direction. Ability to manage both creative and production tasks efficiently. Full-time availability (no freelance or side commitments). Nice-to-Haves: Experience working with construction, trades, or industrial brands. Familiarity with AI tools to enhance design workflows and productivity. Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments.
