Key Responsibilities: Design high-converting landing pages and website sections in Figma. Create responsive digital layouts optimized for UX and conversion. Design email marketing templates and campaign assets. Develop digital marketing visuals for campaigns and performance initiatives. Collaborate with marketing teams to translate briefs into effective design solutions. Ensure consistency across brand digital touchpoints. Prepare production-ready design files for development handoff. Apply best practices in layout, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
Requirements
Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in digital design, UI design, or marketing design. Strong portfolio showcasing landing pages, web design, and digital campaigns. Advanced proficiency in Figma. Strong visual design sense (typography, composition, hierarchy). Experience designing for conversion-focused or marketing-driven environments. Ability to work independently and manage multiple fast-moving projects. Strong attention to detail and production-quality execution. Nice-to-Haves: Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Sendlane). Familiarity with Shopify or ecommerce design environments. Understanding of CRO principles and A/B testing. Experience working with performance marketing or growth teams. Exposure to agency environments or high-volume campaign production. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for design implementation awareness.
