Master the complete sales funnel from active prospecting and onboarding to scheduling visits. Lead complex negotiations with high-value clients and partners, using negotiation skills to finalize agreements. Direct efforts towards the tactical occupation of priority neighborhoods, ensuring the acquisition of qualified properties for the platform. Continuously analyze portfolio performance to propose streamlined processes that enhance team productivity.
Requirements
Strong analytical and relational balance, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and translate them into actionable plans. Proactive attitude with resilience and a strong sense of ownership over the portfolio. Excellent communication skills to build engaging pitches for challenging partners, capable of influencing and aligning commercial expectations.
