Support the execution and comprehensive assurance of the Onboarding Service Line across various roles. Validate content and induction materials, coordinating with speakers and ensuring execution. Assist in analyzing training offices with divisional management and collaborate on On The Job activities in Lima and provinces.

Graduates in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Previous experience in office networks that contributes practical knowledge for training development. Strong soft skills including empathy, teamwork, and effective communication.
