Requirements
Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile teams, possessing deep knowledge of agile methodologies and agile scaling. Required expertise also includes Management 3.0, Product Management, Design Thinking, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.
