What We're Looking For
Experience in assembling travel packages is mandatory. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential. A background in Tourism or related fields is required. Must be results-oriented and motivated by commission.

Direct contract with Despegar Colombia providing job stability. Indefinite term contract with long-term projection. Unlimited commission structure with no cap on earnings. Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday with one compensatory day off during the week.
