Implement loss prevention standards to ensure operational excellence and propose value-adding solutions. Ensure performance and compliance with established physical security standards. Create and monitor performance indicators, preparing security incident reports and conducting vulnerability assessments. Conduct internal and external security audits and monitor security equipment functionality.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Private Security, Engineering, or related fields. Proven experience in logistics operations, asset protection, security process mapping and auditing, continuous improvement, and project implementation. Knowledge of Data Studio, Google Sheets, dashboards, Lenel, and Genetec. Availability for on-site work in Taboão da Serra/SP during afternoon and night shifts with flexible hours.
