LMS/LXP Implementation Consultant
NielsenIQCore Responsibilities
Support design, implementation, configuration, testing, and launch of a new Learning Experience Platform (LXP). Partner with external vendors and NIQ technology, platform, & UX teams to implement integrations and escalate technical troubleshooting. Contribute to ongoing platform administration, including content governance and QA tasks in the LXP to ensure quality and consistency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Learning Technology, UX/Human-Centered Design, or related field. 3-6+ years of experience in learning technology within a global SaaS organization. 3+ years experience administering or configuring learning platforms (LMSs/LXPs). Fluency in written and spoken English.
