Core Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for Agency Securities Finance clients to manage day-to-day queries and maintain operational service levels. Drive the resolution of service-delivery issues and manage change requests for product and reporting enhancements.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in client service. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills, excellent English communication, and the ability to work from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
