Identify and analyze risks in logistics processes, developing action plans to mitigate them through existing initiatives and practical training. Analyze KPIs and develop tools that add value to the training team's work. Communicate effectively with operational training representatives, guiding them in their demands.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Desired knowledge in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. Familiarity with quality tools, continuous improvement, and routine management, along with the ability to analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
