What You'll Do
Support the structuring of business tribes, including topology and initial team formation. Guide the application of work methods adopted by the organization and define appropriate agile frameworks for each context. Conduct and support ceremonies within operational structures and monitor indicators related to the health and maturity of the tribes.
What We're Looking For
Significant experience in agile transformation within large organizations. Practical knowledge of Jira and understanding of agile ceremonies and products. Broader portfolio beyond just agility, including methods for indicators and maturity tracking.
