Staff Software Engineer - PJ (Business Customers)
NubankCore Responsibilities
Lead architecture across multiple PJ squads, defining reference architectures and guiding teams in their adoption for products such as collections assistants, tax payers and invoice issuance flows. Act as a cross-team technical leader in the Enterprises area, working with several teams at once and influencing how systems are designed end-to-end for business customers. Stay hands-on in the code, pairing with engineers, reviewing designs and implementations, and helping to solve complex technical problems.
Requirements
Solid experience as a Staff-level engineer (IC7 or equivalent) with deep technical expertise and a strong track record of impact. Experience designing and evolving complex backend systems and architectures, preferably across multiple squads or domains. Proven ability to act as a cross-team technical leader, influencing several teams at once and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
