Identify market trends, business opportunities, and potential growth avenues while accelerating the experimentation of new innovative solutions. Support the definition of the product vision for cards, aligned with Agi's strategic objectives. Conduct Discovery processes for product improvements, customer experience, and new services. Analyze transactional performance of the card portfolio to identify opportunities for increased usage and revenue generation.

Experience in product analysis and development, particularly in financial services. Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize generative AI tools for data analysis. Proven track record in monitoring operational and transactional indicators to propose continuous performance improvements. Familiarity with customer experience enhancement strategies.
