Panelist Enrollment Representative RBS

Proactively engage leads through outbound calls and follow-ups to convert interest into commitment. Select and qualify participants based on protocol criteria, and schedule appointments to maximize visit rates. Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure smooth participant delivery and study execution.

Minimum technical or technologist degree required; a university degree is preferred. At least 1 year of professional experience, preferably in outbound calls, sales, recruitment, or customer acquisition. Advanced language skills and computer proficiency are required.

Salary to be agreed directly with GBS. The position is on-site and requires working from Monday to Friday.
