Analista de prevención de pérdidas - Mercado Envíos

Lead the monitoring and thorough follow-up of Last Mile centers, identifying deviations, conducting on-site audits, and finding operational improvement opportunities. Analyze and mitigate current loss focal points, focusing strategically on reducing damaged packages and detecting/preventing fraud in the returns process. Drive and implement various continuous improvement initiatives in site processes, ensuring proper execution of action plans and follow-up with transport providers.

Solid experience and specialization in Last Mile operations, logistics, and/or process improvement. Excellent analytical skills and a proactive profile to lead implementations, investigations, and cross-area audits. Ability to interpret metrics, cross data, and analyze dashboards using Tableau, advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools.
