Act as an operational facilitator, identifying deviations and integrating last-mile operations and routing areas to resolve bottlenecks. Operate Mercado Livre's proprietary tool for capacity and resource optimization. Manage the weekly planning feedback cycle, ensuring continuous improvement of the plan. Monitor critical last-mile indicators, conducting deep analyses of usability, forecasting errors, route adherence, and planning dispersions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields, either completed or in progress. Intermediate Excel skills for indicator analysis. Experience in the logistics or transportation sector is desirable. Availability to work on a 6x1 schedule, in-person in Osasco - SP from 07:00 to 15:20 or from 15:20 to 22:20.
