Snr New Business Project Manager

Lead end-to-end project management of pitches across new business, client-facing, and cross-market opportunities. Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource schedules. Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate clear communication, accountability, and decision-making at every stage.

7+ years of experience in project management or production coordination in a creative or marketing environment. Demonstrable project management experience in an agency or new business environment. Proficiency with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, or Smartsheet.

This is a fully remote position based in Colombia. Proficiency in English is required as the company operates globally.
