Area Manager, Last Mile

Managing the delivery of Amazon orders to customers, driving operational goals and metrics for the Delivery Station. Presenting operational metrics to senior leadership and problem-solving to close performance gaps. Hiring and developing talent, creating a talent plan, and working with key business partners to ensure operational success.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience. 3+ years of employee and performance management experience. Fluent in English and experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques.
