Cloud Platform Operations Engineer Sr

Operate, maintain, manage, and improve On-Prem Cloud IaaS services to ensure service availability. Participate in on-call rotation for L2 support and monitor ticket resolution. Document incidents and requests in a shared knowledge repository and ensure compliance with security standards.

3+ years of experience with OpenStack technologies and 4+ years with Linux system configurations. Experience with VMware vCloud technologies and IaaS/PaaS solutions at scale. Strong knowledge of networking and security principles, as well as programming and scripting skills.
