Team Leader de Tiendas

Supervise the daily operations of the store, ensuring the correct application of commercial and operational processes. Execute the sales plan provided by the Commercial Business and monitor daily progress towards goals. Manage inventory of equipment and store items, and administer cash operations while ensuring compliance with internal controls.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in operational supervision of stores, sales, or customer service. Knowledge of cash management, inventory control, and sales indicators.
