Manage the work team to meet branch and executive goals. Provide direct attention to preferred clients, visit and prospect potential clients, and follow up to increase the branch's portfolio. Develop and supervise commercial staff while applying knowledge in customer service, sales, negotiation, and financial analysis.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in economic-administrative fields. 3 years of experience in a similar position at a bank. Valid AMIB certification is desirable.
