Treasury SR Analyst - Bank Reserve Pilot

Execute and monitor the closing processes of the Brazilian Payment System (SPB), overseeing cash positions and financial movements throughout the day. Perform financial reconciliations and current account controls, ensuring data integrity and the prompt resolution of discrepancies. Analyze operational data to prepare management reports, identify risks, and propose process improvements. Collaborate with Risk, Regulatory, Technology, and other internal teams to prevent operational failures and ensure business continuity.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related fields. Extensive technical knowledge and hands-on experience in the area. Experience with the authorization/certification process of a Payment Institution with the Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN). Advanced English proficiency.
