Lead complex cross-functional technology programs across software and platform environments. Manage dependencies, risks, milestones, critical paths, escalations, and delivery timelines. Drive release readiness activities and ensure successful product launches. Define and track program metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and outcome measurements.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Operations, Supply Chain, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 6+ years of experience in Program Management or a related role. Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
