Monitor collection routes from sellers to distribution centers, long-distance trunk routes to last-mile deposits, and delivery routes to buyers to reduce failed cases. Maintain direct communication with transport coordinators and carriers. Manage user experience by handling complaints related to seller collections, transit incidents reported by carriers, and buyer claims. Track various KPIs and suggest operational improvements to optimize transportation experience.

University degree completed or in progress in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel. Familiarity with Data Studio/Big Query is desirable. Availability to work hybrid from Monday to Saturday in the afternoon and/or night shifts.
