Core Responsibilities

This role is responsible for developing and executing the company's influencer marketing strategy, owning the full lifecycle of partnerships from sourcing and negotiation to campaign execution and performance analysis. The manager will also track and analyze campaign performance using metrics like reach, engagement, acquisition, CAC, and ROI to optimize future programs.

Requirements

Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social media marketing, with a proven track record of managing campaigns that yield measurable performance outcomes. A strong understanding of creator ecosystems across major platforms and experience negotiating partnerships are required.
