The role involves collaborating on the operational management of commercial agreements and incentives, ensuring correct execution and compliance, while also participating in initiatives to optimize sales processes and best practices. This includes providing operational and analytical support to the VAS sales team throughout the entire commercial cycle, managing sales pipeline, and supporting revenue forecasting processes.

Requirements

Candidates must have a degree in Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Systems, or related fields, coupled with experience in commercial analysis, sales operations, or business analysis, preferably within fintech or financial services. Strong analytical skills, proficiency with CRM and reporting tools like Excel and Tableau, and advanced English are required.
