Design and implement Genesys Cloud customer experience solutions. Lead technical workshops and architecture discussions. Configure and manage Genesys Cloud environments, including routing, queues, and user configurations. Develop custom solutions and automation components, and support production operations.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline. Strong hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud APIs and integration. Must possess at least one active Genesys Certification.
