What You'll Do
Ensure the operational health of the Limpa Nome product end-to-end by monitoring flows, integrations, and product stability. Track metrics, funnels, and KPIs to identify drops, breaks, and quick improvement opportunities. Govern and update product OKRs, consolidating results and supporting PMs in tracking.
What We're Looking For
Strong analytical skills to monitor funnels, metrics, and incidents. Experience in product operations, data analysis, or related fields. Ability to transform user feedback into actionable product improvements.
