What You'll Do
Operate the SDLC with a focus on artificial intelligence, implementing automations with agents that execute multi-step tasks. Structure detailed specifications to feed AI models, ensuring data quality and process integrity. Maintain quality control and ensure operational security in production. Develop new AI projects in an End-to-End format, adapting to different technology stacks as needed.
What We're Looking For
Experience with Harness Engineering and MCP (Model Control Protocol). Proficiency in AI skills development and implementation, as well as understanding the Artificial Intelligence Development Life Cycle (AIDLC). Familiarity with Software Design Documents (SDD) and managing tokens in AI. Strong skills in Prompt Engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
