Senior Site Reliability Engineer I

Partner with Braze’s engineering teams to architect products that effectively utilize infrastructure platforms. Debug reliability and scalability issues across all stack layers. Develop Braze’s internal platform infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code with tools like Chef, Terraform, and Kubernetes. Manage incidents by being on a PagerDuty rotation and using on-call shifts to prevent future incidents.

3+ years of experience as a Software, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineer. Strong programming skills in Ruby and/or Go. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and similar IaC technologies. Familiarity with data technologies such as MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, and Postgres.
