Execute continuous operational monitoring of Tag imf participants. Manage the dispatch and tracking of irregularity communications (CSOs) and control response SLAs. Organize analyses and manipulate large data sets related to operational monitoring of clients.

Intermediate proficiency in Office/Google Sheets for data management. Previous experience with CRM tools and task management platforms like ServiceNow, Salesforce, or Jira. Desired knowledge of payment market regulations and observability tools.
