Core Responsibilities

Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, and lead initiatives to implement these enhancements. Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, and provide regular reports on system performance and improvements. Analyze, optimize, and maintain the CRM system to ensure they are operating at peak efficiency and reliability. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Diagnose and resolve system issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to card authorization processes.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a System Analyst. Experience with designing API, architecture, data model, and business processes. Strong proficiency in both relational and NoSQL databases. Hands-on experience with message brokers such as Kafka. B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team.
